I have struggled my fair share of feeling insecure or truly not loving myself for who I was, because of how media, our society dictates and feed us the lies of what is "beautiful". So the lack of self-love taught me from where the inner confidence comes from. It's from the struggles and the lack of something in our lives we learn the true value of that something we seek for. 
Confidence is my passion! Especially as a mother myself, I teach my daughter and empower her to be her true authentic self and love for who she is. Self discovery is definitely a journey and it doesn't happen over night, so let's be KIND to our bodies, our minds and our hearts.
